A year after a Pac-10 championship and Elite Eight run in the NCAA tournament, the Washington women claimed a tie for second in the conference and reached the quarterfinals of the WNIT. They also won seven of their last nine conference games. All of this by a youthful team that next season returns all but one little-used reserve.
