1. Chief Sealth Seahawks
Record: 25-0 City: Seattle
League: Metro District (Seed): Sea-King (No. 1)
Players to Watch: P
Regina Rogers, 6-4 junior; W Christina Nzekwe, 6-4 junior; G Nia Jackson, 5-6 junior; G Colleen Betteridge, 5-6 senior.
What to Expect: Would have to be taken out by pressure in the semifinals, when Rogers starts to lose her legs, but opposition still has theirs.

2. River Ridge Hawks
Record: 22-2 City: Lacey
League: PAC 9 District (Seed): Southwest (No. 1)
Players to Watch: W
Sophie Russell, 5-10 sophomore; F Gabby Wade, 5-9 senior
What to Expect: Can get after it fullcourt or bang it out in a conventional game.

3. Issaquah Eagles
Record: 20-5 City: Issaquah
League: KingCo District (Seed): Sea-King (No. 2)
Players to Watch: G
Melissa Richardson, 5-8 senior; PG Alyssa Shoji, 5-6 sophomore; G Aubrey Jensen, 5-6 junior.
What to Expect: Best ball pressure in tournament; question will be how long they can sustain it.

4. Anacortes Seahawks
Record: 20-3 City: Anacortes
League: Northwest District (Seed): Northwest (No. 1)
Players to Watch: G Brittany Janz, 5-6 sophomore; P Marissa Bower, 6-1 senior; W Kelly Kilburn, 5-11 senior.
What to Expect: Strong inside and can be disruptive with pressure because of their overall length.

5. White River Hornets
Record: 20-5 City: Buckley
League: Seamount District (Seed): West Central (No. 1)
Players to Watch: F Kaysie Kiel Forward, 5-9 senior; G Kelly Brons, 5-10 senior; G Jennifer Sorensen, 5-4 senior.
What to Expect: A talented but inconsistent team that can be dangerous if it finds its chops.

6. Sehome Mariners
Record: 17-6 City: Bellingham
League: Northwest District (Seed): Northwest (No. 2)
Players to Watch: G
Megan Busch, 5-8 senior; F Jessica Tinned, 6-1 junior; P Brittany Todhunter, 6-0 sophomore.
What to Expect: Led by a talented trio that will need support to get deep.

7. Kennedy Lancers
Record: 19-4 City: Burien
League: Seamount District (Seed): West Central (No. 2)
Players to Watch: F C'Era WalkingChild, 6-0 junior; G
Daidra Brown, 5-5 freshman.
What to Expect: Lots of talent, but a little soft inside and inexperienced overall.

8. Tumwater Thunderbirds
Record: 16-7 City: Tumwater
League: PAC 9 District (Seed): Southwest (No. 2)
Players to Watch: G
Ashley Andrews, 5-7 sophomore; P Morgan Schwegler, 6-0 sophomore; P Cristin Richards, 6-0 freshman.
What to Expect: Has star power in Andrews, and some mobile size, but needs more shooting, ballhandling.

9. Hanford Falcons
Record: 20-4 City: Hanford
League: Mid-Valley District (Seed): Eastern (No. 1)
Players to Watch: G Nikki DePeel, 5-6 senior; F Brittany Quick, 6-1 sophomore.
What to Expect: DePeel is the deal and the Falcons ride an 11-game win streak.

10. Holy Names Academy Cougars
Record: 19-8 City: Seattle
League: Metro District (Seed): Sea-King (No. 3)
Players to Watch: F
Devin Brooks, 5-6 junior; P Anna Martin, 6-0 junior; Bri Reichelt, 5-9 junior.
What to Expect: An unorthodox team that could catch many unprepared.

11. Clarkston Bantams

What to Expect: Atkinson may be the best unknown player in the state.

12. Ellensburg Bulldogs

Kayla Standish, 6-2 sophomore; G Rebecca Sharon, 5-6 junior.Bri Reichelt What to Expect: Standish will have people buzzing by the end of the tourney.

13. Burlington-Edison Tigers

Players to Watch: G Keri Arendse, 5-6 sophomore; P Corinna Sharick, 6-0 junior.
What to Expect: A team whose time to do damage is next year.

14. Black Hills Wolves
Record: 18-6 City: OlympiaBri Reichelt League: PAC 9 District (Seed): Southwest (No. 3)
Players to Watch: Whitney Scott G 12 5-6 12, GAnalisa Mccann 5-3 junior. What to Expect: Scott is capable of big games, but her team lacks size.

15. Lindbergh Eagles
Record: 21-4 City: Renton League: Seamount District (Seed): West Central (No. 2)
Players to Watch: P Marcisa McMillan 6-1 freshman; G Aysa Love 5-6 senior. What to Expect: Ranking only reflects wild inconsistency for a talented core.

16. Seattle Prep Panthers
Record: 15-13 City: Seattle League: Metro District (Seed): Sea-King (No. 4)
Players to Watch: G Jasmine Williams, 5-8 junior; P
Candace Chambers, 6-1 sophomore. What to Expect: Great experience for a team with lots of young talent.
