3. Free-Throw Shootout Procedure: 1. Teams still tied after tie-breakers Nos. 1 & 2 will report 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the earliest possible game involving the tied teams, 2. Each coach will designate three initial shooters, 3. Coin toss will determine order of shooting, 4. Team awarded point for a round if its shooters makes and opponent’s shooter misses, 5. Best of three rounds, 6. If tied after three rounds, Shootout goes to sudden death with each team sending out a shooter who has not previous participated in the Shootout.

4. Games are 20-minute halves. Clock stops on free throws and last two minutes. Clock will become running if one team leads by 20 or more points. Timing will revert to stop-free throw if lead is reduced to 15 points.

5. One (1) one-minute timeout and three (3) thirty-second timeouts per game.

6. Two-minute, stop-clock overtime if teams are tied after regulation; one-minute, stop-clock overtime if teams are tied after subsequent overtime periods. One timeout (one-minute) per team for each overtime period. No carry over on timeouts.

7. No shot clock.

8. No fullcourt pressure by a team whose lead is 15 or more points.

9. Rosters – Scorebook. Each team is responsible for entering full roster, including jersey numbers, first and last names of each player, into scorebook before game. Roster entered in first game will be roster for tournament.

10. Scorer's Table: Chairs adjacent to scorer's table are reserved for game officials and tournament directors. Team personnel is allowed to request information from scorekeepers only during timeouts and halftime. Abuse of scorekeepers and timers will result in technical fouls and, depending on severity, expulsion from the game and facility.

11. Sportsmanship: Game officials will receive instructions to police this carefully, including behavior of each team’s fans and parents. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to, consuming drinks or food outside designated areas (includes parents and fans); leaving behind empty drink containers in bench area after game; cursing, taunting or mocking opponent’s players, coaches or fans or game officials; yelling or waving arms during free-throw attempts; refusing to shake hands post-game. Game officials are empowered to assess a team’s head coach with a technical foul for violations of these and any other sportsmanship-related transgressions.

12. Technical Fouls: Each technical foul is two points and the ball to the opposing team. Technicals resulting from fan or parent behavior are charged against the head coach of the team. Two technical fouls against a coach or player will result in expulsion from the game and suspension from the team’s next game.
