Ellenberg talks about recruiting and her goals for the remainder of the season with Kenny Kallina in this segment of One on One.
Full Court Recruiting: How has your high school season gone so far?
Aaryn EllenbergSo far our high school season has been good. Our team is 21-3 right now. We are really starting to work together even better and I feel that I've been pretty consistent so far.
Full Court Recruiting: What specific aspects of your game have you been working on to fine tune your game?
Aaryn Ellenberg: I have been working even more on my pull up off the dribble and extending my range. Also, I've been working on getting my teammates more involved.
Full Court Recruiting: What schools are at the top of your list as far as recruiting so far? Have you visited any and what is your impression of them?
Aaryn Ellenberg: So far, my interests are Oklahoma, Baylor, Arizona State, Cal and Vanderbilt. I'm still keeping my options open, though. I've visited ASU and Cal so far. I liked both schools. Their campuses are really nice, I like the coaching staffs, and players seem pretty cool. I'll be visiting Oklahoma next week.
Full Court Recruiting: What spring event will you be playing in this year? What travel team are you playing on?
Aaryn Ellenberg: My travel team is Vegas Elite 17s. I think we will be playing in the Adidas Spring Classic in Las Vegas.
Full Court Recruiting: What are your goals to wrap up the high school season on a positive note?
Aaryn Ellenberg: My goal is to win state again … and to end the season just as good as or better than I started.
