Many questions were answered after the dust settled during the evaluation period which ended last Sunday. The Boo Williams Invitational ended up having the Top Five teams in our first poll. With Boo Williams' 51-48 win over Tennessee Flight they are for now sitting at the top as the Number One team in the country. Check out who else is on our list.

Top 10 Club Teams Nationally

1. Boo Williams Summer League (Director: Boo Williams Hampton, VA) Affiliation: Nike

The Buzz: Won the biggest spring tournament in the country 51-48 over the Tennessee Flight. Elizabeth Williams (6’3,’’ 2011, C, Princess Anne, VA) and Chloe Wells were the main forces for Boo.

2. Tennessee Flight (Director: Tom Insell Murfreesboro, TN) Affiliation: Nike

The Buzz: The Flight have a chance at being the top team in the country when they rematch with Boo Williams this summer. The Flight are led by sophomore sensation Kaleena Lewis (Mater Dei, CA) and a host of big-time prospects from around the country.

3. Philly Belles (Director: Mike Flynn Philadelphia, PA) – Affiliation: Nike

The Buzz: The Belles lost to Boo Williams in the Semi-Finals of the Boo Williams Invitational without freshman sensation Brianna Stewart. The Belles are led by Penn State commit Maggie Lucas and Haley Peters who is receiving interest from droves of schools.

4. DFW Elite (Director: Marcus Jackson Dallas/Fort Worth, TX) Affiliation: Nike

The Buzz: Odyssey Sims is in a class of her own. The Baylor commit was on fire throughout the weekend in Virginia propelling DFW into elite status.

5. Cy Fair (Houston, TX) Affiliation: Nike

The Buzz: Chiney Ogwumike and company fell to Texas rival DFW Elite in the Boo Williams Invitational quarter finals.

6. East Bay Xplosion (Oakland, CA) Affiliation: Mike White

The Buzz: East Bay took home the Deep South title with a 60-58 win over the Cal Sparks.

7. Exodus NYC (Director: Apache Paschall, New York, NY) Affiliation: Mike White

The Buzz: The Exodus was beat by Irvine Sol which was their only loss at Deep South. While that loss was a major upset there is no denying that the Exodus are one of the top teams in the country.

8. FBC (Director: Ray Mayes Los Angeles, CA) Affiliation: Adidas

The Buzz: Won the Adidas Spring Classic West over the Oregon Reign.

9. All Iowa Attack (Iowa) Affiliation: Blue Star Travel Team

The Buzz: All Iowa won the Blue Star Chicago Evaluation Period event which had close to 200 teams.

10. Cal Sparks (Los Angeles, CA) Affiliation: Mike White

Thaddesia Southall had a big weekend for the Sparks leading them to the Deep South Championship game in North Carolina before falling to East Bay.
